Brightstart was set up by Mara, who has spent over 20 years working in nurseries. She knows what a short-staffed morning feels like — and what a good practitioner looks like when they walk through the door.
That’s the difference: we understand ratios, room routines and the EYFS because we’ve lived them, so we send people we’d be happy to work alongside ourselves.
